Art. Science. Hope.
You are invited to join a singular initiative: funding an artificial intelligence research collaboration between a world-class US institution and the Paris Brain Institute — through a monumental work of art that will mark New York.

AMBITION
$3,000,000 to fund a structured research collaboration between two world-class institutions
We are seeking to raise $3,000,000 to fund a structured research collaboration between two world-class institutions united around the most promising frontier in neuroscience today: the application of artificial intelligence to the understanding and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
This is not an ordinary fundraising campaign. It is an invitation to join a project that combines scientific rigor, the symbolic power of art, and the personal urgency of one man who decided to turn his own illness into a lever for collective hope.

INVINCIBLE HOPE
THE PROJECT
Invincible Hope is the American adaptation of La Fresque Généreuse, an artistic and philanthropic project created by Olivier Goy — entrepreneur, photographer and Paris Brain Institute ambassador, diagnosed with ALS in 2020.
The concept is simple and striking: a monumental mural composed of thousands of individual portraits will be installed on the façade of Mount Sinai Hospital, spelling out in giant letters the words INVINCIBLE HOPE. Visible to the entire neighborhood, to every patient and every member of staff who passes through each day — for 4 to 6 months.
The artistic direction is entrusted to Vahram Muratyan, the French visual artist and creative director internationally recognized for his cult book Paris versus New York. His aesthetic — minimalist, graphically sharp, emotionally resonant — gives the project genuine artistic stature. The mural will be rendered in black and white, with a single vivid color accent characteristic of his visual universe.

HOW THE MURAL WORKS
Black background portraits // Individual donors who contribute and become part of the mural. Their faces compose the body of the artwork.
White background portraits // Researchers, patients, and institutional partners — whose portraits collectively spell out the letters INVINCIBLE HOPE.
Letter sponsorship // Companies sponsor a full letter from $150,000. Olivier photographs the team on-site during a half-day session.
A PROVEN MODEL, A TRANSATLANTIC TRAJECTORY
Invincible Hope builds directly on the success of its French counterpart, La Fresque Généreuse, which has already raised over €200,000 from 11 major corporate sponsors — including LVMH, JCDecaux, Galeries Lafayette, M6 and ETAM — with the mural to be displayed on the façade of the Paris Brain Institute.
More broadly, Olivier's philanthropic initiatives have mobilized over 4,000 donors and raised more than €4.5 million for neuroscience research. This is a tested, scalable model now crossing the Atlantic.

AI
THE AI RESEARCH TEAMS OF THE PARIS BRAIN INSTITUTE
By joining Invincible Hope, you are not merely funding a scientific partnership at a distance. You gain access — on whatever terms suit you — to the artificial intelligence research teams of the Paris Brain Institute, one of the very few institutes in Europe to operate a dedicated Center for AI and Data Science in neuroscience, opened in July 2025 in a purpose-built facility.
The center currently brings together around 90 researchers, engineers and data scientists — with a target of 150 — organized around two core research teams.

TWO CORE RESEARCH TEAMS
Two core research teams:
-
ARAMIS — specialized in disease progression modeling, the generation of synthetic biomarkers from conventional MRI scans, and the large-scale exploitation of real-world data.
-
NERV — specialized in brain-computer interfaces, brain network control, and brain-heart interactions from EEG/ECG signals. Work with direct applications to conditions such as Parkinson's, stroke, and ALS.
Their research is published in The Lancet Digital Health, Nature Communications, PLOS Computational Biology, IEEE Transactions, and other leading journals. Their declared ambition: to become an international hub in AI applied to neuroscience.
The Center for AI and Data Science is also building the technological infrastructure that will bring brain health research to the next level. They are currently creating a unique data repository that will not only bring together all research data acquired at the Paris Brain Institute but also connect it to clinical care data across the entire country. This will enable the most effective use, reuse, sharing of data, and exploit their full potential for scientific discoveries. This infrastructure will be the technological backbone of the OneBrain 4.0 cohort, an unprecedented initiative aiming to study over 100,000 patients with brain disorders.
What this means in practice for patrons: depending on your level of interest — from a first discovery visit to deep professional exchanges between AI experts — we build together an access format that fits you. A tour of the center, presentations of research projects, meetings with scientific teams, participation in closed-door events, or substantive dialogue between your AI professionals and Paris Brain Institute researchers. This openness is rare. It is an integral part of what you are joining.

ABOUT
Olivier Goy
Married, father of two, and diagnosed with ALS in 2020, Olivier Goy is an entrepreneur turned full-time advocate for neuroscience research and disability inclusion. He serves as ambassador of the Paris Brain Institute and patron of the Invincibles, the patient community born from his documentary film.
He is also the co-creator of Invincible Voice, an open-source AI tool developed with Kyutai — the independent AI research lab — that restores speech to ALS patients: real-time transcription, response suggestions, and reproduction of the patient's original voice, timbre and intonation included.
Compatible with eye-tracking devices. Released in January 2026 and freely available to researchers, developers, and healthcare organizations worldwide.
Together with his wife Virginie, he also co-founded the photo4food Foundation, which fights poverty through photography — a reflection of his long-standing passion for the medium that now animates this project.
